Immediate Safety Steps

If You Smell Gas 1. Do NOT turn on any electrical switches or lights 2. Do NOT use your phone inside the house 3. Leave immediately with all family members 4. Call 911 and your gas company from outside 5. Wait for professionals before re-entering

If You Smell Burning 1. Turn off the system immediately 2. Check for visible smoke or fire 3. If safe, turn off the breaker to the HVAC system 4. Call for emergency service

For AC Failures
